Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Select sweet apples like Fuji or Honeycrisp.
  2. Wash and dry the apples, then slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning, then mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the slices.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (70°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the chips and cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
