  • 🧄 Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • 🛢️ Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • 🍯 Honey: 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • 🌱 Green Onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • 🌾 Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • 🧂 Salt and Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by whisking together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and honey in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and season with salt and pepper.
