Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Breasts: 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 🥢 Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- 🌿 Fresh Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
- 🧄 Garlic: 3 cloves, minced

- 🍯 Honey: 2 tablespoons (30 g)
- 🌱 Green Onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by whisking together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and honey in a mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sriracha or red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Use fresh, boneless, skinless chicken breasts for the best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
