  • Pepper: to taste
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons (1 tablespoon per potato)

  • Chives: 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the Russet potatoes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle sea salt and pepper generously over them.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
