Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Breasts: 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 🍯 BBQ Sauce: 1/2 cup
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by patting it dry and mixing olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken evenly and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken breasts and brush BBQ sauce on top. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
