Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts: 500 grams (about 1 pound), trimmed and halved
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- Balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and halving them.
- Season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, cook for a few more minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches if necessary.
