A delicious and healthier twist on buffalo wings, this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower recipe features crispy cauliflower florets coated in spicy buffalo sauce.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets: 1 medium head (about 4 cups)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Buffalo sauce: 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower under cool running water and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a small bowl, combine buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the buffalo sauce.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a serving plate and drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use vegan buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
