Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets: 1 medium head (about 4 cups)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Buffalo sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower under cool running water and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a small bowl, combine buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the buffalo sauce.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a serving plate and drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if desired.
