Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo chicken wings made in an air fryer. Quick, easy, and perfect for game day or snacks.

- 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the wings in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes until crispy.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter, then toss the cooked wings in the sauce.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer—cook in batches if needed.
- For extra crispy wings, let them sit uncovered in the fridge for 1 hour before cooking.
- Adjust the sauce spiciness by adding more or less butter.
