Description
A delicious and healthy snack made from seasoned cauliflower florets cooked in an air fryer until crispy.
Ingredients
- 🥦 Cauliflower florets: 1 medium head (about 4 cups when cut)
- 🛢️ Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly under cool running water.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; if needed, cook for a few extra minutes until golden brown and tender.
