- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🌶️ Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken breasts in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (75°C). If not, cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
