Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Breasts: 2 large (about 500g)
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
