Ingredients
- 🍗 Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs: 3 pieces (about 1 1/4 lbs)

- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧄 Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🌿 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🌱 Cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🥄 Baking powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, salt, and baking powder to make the seasoning mix.
