Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Wings: 1 kg (about 2.2 lbs)
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the wings to ensure they reach 75°C (165°F). If not, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, increase the temperature to 220°C (425°F) for the last few minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
