- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken fillets evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of chicken fillets.
