A quick and flavorful chicken fillet recipe made in the air fryer with chimichurri sauce.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup chimichurri sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat the chicken fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and brush with chimichurri sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

- Use homemade or store-bought chimichurri sauce.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
