Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken wings coated in fresh chimichurri sauce, cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Blend olive oil, parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri sauce.
- Toss wings with half the chimichurri sauce.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook wings in batches for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Toss cooked wings with remaining chimichurri sauce.
Notes
- Let wings rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
