- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken evenly with the spice mix.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust chipotle powder for more or less heat.
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
