Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water and patting dry with paper towels.
  2. Create the breading station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the coconut-panko mixture.
  3. Coat each shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the coconut-panko mixture.
