Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the eggs by placing them in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  2. Set the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool.
  4. Peel the eggs under running water and slice them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mash the yolk mixture until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  8. Garnish with paprika and serve on a platter.
