- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the eggs by placing them in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Set the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool.
- Peel the eggs under running water and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the yolk mixture until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika and serve on a platter.
