Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by cooking ground pork in a skillet until golden brown, then add cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and let the filling cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the egg rolls by placing a wrapper on a clean surface, adding filling, and rolling tightly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
