- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Combine sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and a pinch of salt to make everything bagel seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and coat with everything bagel seasoning.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
