- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken fillets.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
