Ingredients
- 🐖 Boneless pork chops – 2 pieces (about 1 inch thick)
- 🥫 Mayonnaise – ½ cup
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese – ½ cup
- 🧄 Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
- 🌿 Italian seasoning – ½ teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika – ½ teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Pat the boneless pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture generously over the top of each pork chop.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
