Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken Fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken Fillets with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Check internal temperature (165°F/74°C). Rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
