- 2 boneless, skinless chicken Fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Coat chicken Fillets with the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature (165°F/74°C). Rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor (up to 2 hours).
- Adjust spice level by reducing or omitting red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
