Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken breast: 500 grams, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🍯 Honey: 3 tablespoons
- 🍖 BBQ sauce: 1/2 cup
- 🧄 Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🧅 Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- 🛢️ Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for coating)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and tossing with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Make the honey BBQ sauce by mixing honey and BBQ sauce in a separate bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the honey BBQ glaze and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for doneness, and if needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
