Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, yogurt, oil, and salt.
  2. Coat the chicken wings with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  4. Place the marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
