- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
- Secure the openings with toothpicks if needed.
- Dip each stuffed chicken fillet in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly brush or spray the chicken with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity based on your spice preference.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
