Ingredients
- 🌶️ Fresh jalapeños: 10 large
- 🧀 Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened
- 🧀 Shredded cheddar cheese: 1 cup
- 🧄 Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt and pepper: to taste
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup
- 🛢️ Olive oil spray: for cooking
Instructions
- Wash the jalapeños thoroughly and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
