Crispy and flavorful Jamaican jerk wings made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the wings.
- Coat the wings evenly with the marinade.
- Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry again before air frying.
- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spiciness.
- Shake the basket halfway for even cooking.
