Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Whisk together.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

- Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
