- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to firm up.
- Shape into small balls using your hands.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and dip each ball into it.
- Coat the balls with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with butter.
- Place the balls in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Chilling the mixture helps it hold its shape.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
