Description
Crispy and spicy air fryer mango habanero wings with a sweet and tangy glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mango purée
- 2 habanero peppers, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 8 minutes until crispy.
- Blend mango purée, habaneros, honey, lime juice, and smoked paprika.
- Toss cooked wings in the mango habanero sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- Wear gloves when handling habaneros.
- Adjust habanero quantity for preferred spice level.
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry before seasoning.
