- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss wings in the sauce until fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 12 minutes until crispy.
- Brush with extra sauce before serving if desired.

- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry thoroughly.
- Adjust cooking time based on wing size.
- Serve with extra dipping sauce if preferred.
