Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 lb (450 g)
- Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup (60 g)
- Parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup, grated (25 g)
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Egg – 1 large
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat mixture by combining ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 2 tablespoons each, until you have around 20 meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the meatballs in a single layer.
- Cook the meatballs for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C), then let them rest before serving.

- Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor.
- These meatballs can be frozen and cooked directly from frozen when needed.
