Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken fillets dry and place in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley before serving.
