- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat chicken fillets dry and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley before serving.

- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker or thinner chicken fillets.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a Greek salad.
