Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken fillet seasoned with Moroccan spices and cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all the spices together.
  3. Rub the chicken fillets with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
