Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix all the spices together.
- Rub the chicken fillets with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mix for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken fillets.
- Serve with a side of couscous or roasted vegetables.
