Description

Crispy and juicy chicken fillets glazed with a sweet and tangy orange sauce, cooked in the air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Marinate chicken fillets in half the sauce for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Heat the remaining sauce in a small pan over medium heat. Add cornstarch if a thicker glaze is desired.
  6. Brush the cooked chicken with the glaze and serve.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat the chicken dry before marinating.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
