Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate chicken fillets in half the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Heat the remaining sauce in a small pan over medium heat. Add cornstarch if a thicker glaze is desired.
- Brush the cooked chicken with the glaze and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the chicken dry before marinating.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
