Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix peach preserves, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken fillets with olive oil and season with salt.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Brush peach glaze over chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
