- 3 tbsp basil pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and brush with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread pesto evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
