- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
- Toss cooked wings in the glaze until evenly coated.
- Return to air fryer for 2 more minutes to crisp.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry thoroughly before cooking.
- Adjust glaze sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with extra glaze on the side for dipping.
