Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken, add pineapple chunks, and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. Check the internal temperature of the chicken (165°F/75°C).
  6. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
