Instructions
- Pat the wings dry and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, garlic, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and ginger in a saucepan.
- Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Whisk cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce until thickened.
- Toss the wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired.
