Ingredients
- 🍠 Sweet Potatoes – 2 large
- 🛢️ Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧂 Salt – 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🌶️ Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- 🧄 Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes under cool running water and peel them.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the fries and the model of your air fryer.
