Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  4. Coat chicken wings with half of the sauce and air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water, then add to remaining sauce and microwave for 30 seconds.
  6. Toss cooked wings in thickened sauce and air fry for 3 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
