Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Pat dry chicken wings with a paper towel.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken wings with half of the sauce and air fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to remaining sauce and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Toss cooked wings in thickened sauce and air fry for 3 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings dry thoroughly.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
