  • 🍔 Burger buns – 4 (whole wheat or regular)
  • 🥬 Lettuce – 4 leaves (romaine or iceberg)
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 large, sliced
  • 🥑 Avocado – 1, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Brush each patty with olive oil on both sides and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the patties rest for a minute before serving.
