Ingredients
- Zucchini: 2 medium-sized
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash the zucchinis under cool running water.
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Transfer the sliced zucchini into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss everything together until the zucchini slices are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Set the timer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and air fry in 2-minute increments if needed.
- Transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
- For soggy chips, return them to the air fryer for a few more minutes.
