- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For crispier cookies, bake an extra 2 minutes.
- Substitute honey for maple syrup if preferred.
