Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in amaretto and vanilla extract. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
