Description

Delicious bite-sized apple pie truffles made with spiced apple filling and coated in white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cook apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and butter in a pan until soft.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers and cream cheese in a bowl.
  3. Add the cooked apple mixture and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat evenly.
  6. Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set before serving.
