Description
Delicious bite-sized apple pie truffles made with spiced apple filling and coated in white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 cups finely chopped apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Cook apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and butter in a pan until soft.
- Mix crushed graham crackers and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add the cooked apple mixture and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat evenly.
- Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith for best texture.
- Chill the mixture before rolling to make shaping easier.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
