Ingredients

- 200g fresh tuna steak
- 2 large eggs
- 100g green beans
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 50g black olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then slice them.
- Steam the green beans until crisp-tender.
- Hard-boil the eggs, then slice them.
- Grill the tuna steak and flake it into chunks.
- Slice the cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently and serve.
