Description

Ingredients

  • 🍫 Chocolate Coating: 12 oz (dark or milk chocolate, melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake mixture by combining softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in crushed graham crackers to the mixture.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt the chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
